Returns and Refund Policy

Here at Aqua Products, we have a 14-day return policy, in which you have 14 days after receiving your initial order to request for it to be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in; unworn or unused, in its original packaging and with any accompanying tags.

Proof of purchase will also be required, preferably your order confirmation or packing slip (included within your parcel).

To start a return, you can contact us by clicking here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for the cost of sending the return which must be a minimum of Royal Mail Signed For service or equivalent.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, allowing us to evaluate the issue and correct any issue.

Before signing for the delivery, please inspect the package and, if there are any damages to the parcel/s, please sign for this as "damaged" and inform us immediately.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded back to your original payment method.

We do not offer refund on postage if the item was ordered incorrectly, or you wish to cancel your order and the item has already been dispatched.

Please remember it can take around 7-10 working days for the refund to be processed with your debit/credit card company.
